1 King: Terms Explained Briefly

Who Can Play at 1 King
Opening or using an account is allowed from the age of 18. The service is made for adults, and every player is expected to keep to this rule.
One account per player
Section 5.1.7 allows a single account per player. Opening or running more than one is prohibited outright.
No account sharing
Section 5.1.8 treats login details as confidential. Nobody else may operate your account, and you may not operate anyone else's.
Bonus Rules for 1 King Players
Section 5.2 governs bonuses. It sets no common wagering multiplier for all offers, because each bonus and promotion carries separate conditions. Read them before you claim.
- Only one bonus account is valid per person, e-mail, phone number, device or IP address and payment account
- Opening several accounts on one device or IP address is treated as bonus abuse
- By default, slots add 100% of the stake to wagering, while other games sit on the page of games for wagering
- During bonus play you may not delay a round, a free spin or the bonus itself
- A bonus that is taken away or runs out also takes the linked unfinished winnings with it

KYC and Withdrawals at 1 King
Cashing out at 1 King depends on identity checks. A fixed order applies, and the numbered steps set it out.
- Confirm your phone number.
- Confirm your e-mail address.
- Make your first real deposit.
- Complete KYC by sending your documents, such as an ID card, passport, driving licence or residence permit.
- Request the withdrawal.
Funds go back only through the method used for the deposit. A player who fails verification risks cancelled bets, returned deposits and a blocked account. A video verification option is available too.
Inactive accounts
A long-idle account with money on it can be charged a monthly management fee. Accounts with a zero balance pay nothing.
Where 1 King Is Not Offered
Service is not available everywhere (section 2.1.8). The list in the terms covers the following places: Cyprus (north and south), Myanmar, North Korea, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Russian Federation, Sint Maarten, Syria, Ukraine (occupied regions included), the United Kingdom and the United States. The list is not complete, and the Company may turn away players from further countries.
Law and Jurisdiction
Curaçao law governs the 1 King terms, and the courts of Curaçao hold exclusive jurisdiction (section 15). Please check the rules of the place where you live, because following them is your own responsibility.
